Set system parameters in Admin
In the ACE Admin System parameters window there are tabs where you configure most parameters applying to the ACE solution and a few applying to Organisation areas.
The System parameters window can be opened using various menu choices; such as Organise and Statistics.
The tabs are:
- System parameters for callback/campaign
- System parameters for chat
- System parameters for email
- System parameters for incoming call
- System parameters for interfaces
- System parameter tab Optional
- System parameter tab Other
- System parameters for security
- System parameters for statistics
- All, as seen in How system parameters are enabled
In the tabs you find:
- The short names, i.e. the database names of the parameters, sorted alphabetically,
- The description of the purpose of each parameter,
- The default value of the parameter. Shown in the example pictures, taken from a test environment, are the actual values assigned to the parameter,
- Anything else required for the use of a parameter and affiliated functions, e.g. system integration, configuration of another parameter and/or licences,
You can also see how a changed parameter value is enabled in the system by an icon with affiliated help text, at the right of the table,
Parameters rarely need to be changed once the system has been installed and set into operation.
