Overview of Task perspective

Task perspective shows all contacts with a defined task, usually by organisation area and task. Statistics is also shown by queue and subarea (where defined).

Task statistics contains i.a.

  • Number of handled incoming calls, lost, abandoned.
  • Number of handled callback calls, lost.
  • Number of incoming emails, lost.
  • Task time, service levels.

Work in campaigns are not registered in task statistics.
