Overview of System-wide perspective

All contacts are accounted for in this perspective, including contacts without defined task. The account is always made at organisation area level.

System wide statistics contains i.a.

  • Number of handled incoming calls, lost, abandoned.
  • Number of handled callback calls, lost.
  • Number of incoming emails, lost.

In the system-wide statistics for outgoing telephony of campaign type, you only see a limited number of facts.

In system statistics for chat you see information such as e.g. chats arrived, answered requeued chats and chats that have not been correctly ended.

System statistics for entrance presents statistics for incoming calls divided per entrance and access number.
