Numbers for park and place in queue

In the Numbers for park and place in queue window, accessible from Media | Telephony | Numbers for park and place in queue menu choice in ACE Admin, you see which group numbers that belong to each IVR group.

You must have the Own location (for IVR) access function in your access role.

Add numbers

  1. In the top drop-down box IVR Group you see the existing IVR groups . Choose which one to be displayed in the list below, or select All IVR Groups.
  2. Select the relevant IVR Group in the list.
  3. In the Extension box, enter the number to be used for the transfer of a call to the IVR. An extension cannot be part of more than one IVR group. Note that the numbers must be exactly identical with those configured in the IVR.
  4. If you enter the figure 2 or higher in the Quantity box, and click Add, you have to confirm your choice of quantity of extensions. Then a sequence of extensions will be created for the selected IVR Group.

Delete number

To delete an extension for an IVR group you select the row with the relevant extension in the list and click the Delete button.
