Overview of Queue perspective
Queue statistics contains i.a.
- Number of received contacts, number of escalated contacts, number of handled, lost, abandoned.
- Average number of contacts in queue.
- Average queue time.
- Service level.
- Longest time in queue.
- Average number of agents logged in to the queue.
