Overview of Queue perspective

Queue statistics presents statistics by queue/waiting list.

Queue statistics contains i.a.

  • Number of received contacts, number of escalated contacts, number of handled, lost, abandoned.
  • Average number of contacts in queue.
  • Average queue time.
  • Service level.
  • Longest time in queue.
  • Average number of agents logged in to the queue.
