Basics about flow objects
In each dialogue flow there are flow objects. When you click on a flow object, a new window is opened with information about the object.
General properties for a flow object are name, description and when needed, a list with exits. An exit is the transition from one object to another, a junction where calls, e.g. after having passed a menu choice in the IVR, chooses another part of the flow.
The most common types of flow objects are described more in detail in the following sections.
