Change settings for your voicemail

For all users of ACE Voice.

Handle settings for your voicemail:

  1. Log in to ACE Voice Web
  2. In Admin view or User view, go to Services | Voicemail settings.
  3. Make settings such as e.g.:
  4. Include presence activity as part of the greeting
    • Do you want to have your activity information to be read to the person calling?
    • If yes, it is also possible to set whether the accumulated and time of several continuous activities shall be read.
    "For personal assistance, press 1" option provided as part of the greeting
    • Shall the person calling be given the option of being redirected to a human operator?
    • If yes, pick the personal assistance telephone number from the list.
    Notify new messages...
    • Do you want notification when new messages has arrived?
    • Via SMS and/or email?
    • For email Yes, attach message will attached the voicemail message as a separate file.
    Should callers be allowed to leave messages?
    • If yes, the person calling is allowed to record a voicemail when the greeting / activity has been presented.
    • If no, voicemails will still be received if the called person lack recorded personal greeting.
