What does a sign flow imply?

One example of a flow where a selling agent has agreed with a customer for a lease:

  • The agent opens ACE E-sign, as seen in Log in and select language, and
    1. picks a document; an agreement template. See Start page for creating and sending documents,
    2. enters the customer’s personal data, adding any copy recipient. See Add parties for reading or signing,
    3. selects the distribution form, such as email and/or SMS,
    4. specifies details such as expiration date,
    5. activates the agreement document’s flow, i.e. starts signing.
  • The customer receives a link to the agreement via SMS and so he reads the agreement in his telephone.
  • The customer signs the agreement in his telephone verifying his personal identity with a mobile bank ID.
  • Notification that the agreement is signed is automatically sent to the selected parties via email/SMS.
  • The document is saved together with facts about when it was sent, opened, signed, etc.

The agent can at any time study the flow history and take actions for the document, in E-archive for documents, activities and status.

In the picture you see the agent’s various moments in yellow text, which is what is described here, on this site.
