When a call arrives in ACE Agent, Unifinder can automatically show the found person in the search result.
To search manually:
- in the main search field enter any number of letters, (lower or upper case does not matter) as the name or text starts with. E.g. if you begin with S you can find Svensson but not Andersson.
- click on
to the left or press Return.
In Touchpoint Plus connected solutions search is done in all fields simultaneously. You can enter more than one attribute. Just write different combinations with space, such as AN HE. Then you see Henrik Anderson and Anna at Helpdesk in Helsinki but not Anna Jonsson.
If you enter a number it will be dialled. If you just want to search by a number, start with a question mark ? such as ? +4618160730.
