In ACE Agent support functions for email you can change the reply address in the following ways:
- Press the spacebar to see suggested addresses.
- Pick in the list with a mouse click, or arrow key and Enter key.
- If nothing suits, click in the entry field to type your own address.
To send the mail to several recipients, enter semi colon (;) between each address.
