Switch between Agent’s windows

ACE Agent’s main window is regarded as one of several separate windows. The other separate windows, seen in the list below, can be attached to ACE Agent’s main window. If more than one of these separate windows are open, you can switch between them using the following keyboard commands:

Ctrl Alt MSwitch to ACE Agent’s main window.

Ctrl Q Open/view/update queue status window.

Ctrl Shift Y Open/view Overview personal call records.

Ctrl Alt C Switch to chat window opened when you log in to the service for incoming chat.

In separate sections you find all shortcut commands you can use in ACE Agent and also a description of how you with operator access rights can use the numeric keypad.
