Administrate video chat

In ACE Interact the agent can start a video session during an ordinary chat.

Working with video chat you must have the Execute video chat access function in your access role.

To use video chat the agent's workstation needs:

  • A browser supporting video
  • A camera
  • A headset, or microphone and speakers

Setting up your public web with ACE Web SDK, the visitor can be offered to initiate a video chat directly, the same way as a regular text chat. See Customer interactions online.
