The Menu object Phrases tab shows the IVR Phrases that belong to a chosen IVR menu. This is where you indicate whether a phrase file should be enabled, i.e. whether a phrase file should be uploaded or not.
This is where you can synchronize so-called timers between the phrases and exits that are connected, within the same menu object.
Select a row, and right click to open the menu where you choose whether to copy timers to, or from, another exit.
A clock icon 
next to the tab title is seen if there is a timer for any of the phrases. The same icon is also seen for each phrase with a timer, next to the checkbox in the Active column.
In the Phrase recording tab, you can also
- exchange phrase file,
- listen to the stored phrase file,
- download the phrase file and save it locally, and
- open the phrase database.
In the bottom part of the window, in the Phrase timers tab, you can add, edit and remove timers for each phrase object.
