A Drop object specifies that the dialogue shall be ended.
You can select a Drop method via radio buttons. The drop method is a way of specifying a reason for the drop, like for instance "busy" or "temporary error", but this feature is rarely used.
If the call is connected to IVR it also means that the call shall be disconnected.
