A customer object is used to end the handling for a call in an organisation area and continue handling the same call in another organisation area.
In addition to the general properties, the customer object has the following properties:
- Customer
- The target customer where to direct the call flow.
- Object
- The flow object in the target customer's dialogue flow where the call should continue, entered as FlowId.ObjectId. It is important that the
address
to the target flow object is correct. For security reasons, ACE Admin has no way of knowing about the flows and flow objects for other customers.
