Save voice files locally
Via NICE Player®, files can be saved locally.
The Action | Save menu choice opens the Save Calls panel, where interactions can be saved to disk in various file formats, such as NMF or WAV.
NMF is the recommended format as the files maintain their original quality and file size. On the other hand, if you want to be able to open the files in other players outside ACE Recording, such as with Windows Media Player, you should choose WAV.
