Transfer log file from ACE Agent

When you have reported an error, the support technician might need log files. If your computer is configured to store log files locally you can assist in transferring these files to a server.

This is how you do it:

  1. Make sure that log files are stored. See Configuration Utility The Log settings tab

  2. Make the steps you need to reproduce the error
  3. In main Menu, open File | Log files - Transfer to server...
  4. Type in facts about the problem
  5. Click on OK to send
