ACE Screen Pop

The information linked to a contact in ACE Agent and ACE Interact can be used to produce screen pops to a support system. Screen pop requires unique integration for each system with which Telia ACE is to co-operate.

In most cases the script file used for integration with your support system is installed and configured by the system administrator. If necessary, you can change script file by

  • selecting the script file to be used with ACEAgent in ACE Configuration Utility tab Screen Pop. See Point out path in Screen Pop tab.
  • selecting the script file to be used with ACE Interact by double clicking the tray icon and in the appearing window right click and select Select script for Screen pop.... For more information, see the document ACE Installed components.doc, in Downloads

The occasions when screen pop is to occur, is configured in the client settings for ACE Agent and ACE Interact. See ACE Agent default settings.

In ACE Agent you can also make a manual screen pop, via buttons in ACE Agent’s Contact data, My contacts and Interaction View support functions.
