Asterisks are often used to indicate that something is mandartory and is used in Telia ACE to notify the user that an action is required before the next contact can be accepted. If, for example, the Feedback support function is displayed this means that you have a contact requiring feedback, and an asterisk 
is therefore seen to the right of the name of the support function. In other support functions there can be mandatory fields you have to fill in.
