Access the menus in the main menu by clicking on the arrow button 
farthest to the left in the ACE Agent main window. If you prefer to use your keyboard you can open the main menu using Ctrl M.
Navigate within the menus using the arrow keys and open a menu choice with the Enter key.
The menu choices leads to the following functions, described in separate sections.
