In ACE Voice Web the functions are customised for the two roles Admin and User.
To each role there are user groups giving access to various features in the two different web views, via the Admin view and User view tabs.
Being an administrator or an attendant you have access to both tabs. Which view you see first depends on how you log in.
- Via ACE Softphone Tools menu, you enter the User view. See Overview of ACE Softphone.
- If you log in via the web login page, you enter the Admin view. See Log in to Voice web the first time.
As a contact centre user, or an agent, you only have access to the functionality in User view.
