Contains statistics per task type for incoming calls having requested customer service, i.e. having received a task type, per organisation area. Furthermore, statistics for callback records is included.  Use the statistics collection to create a report showing statistics for incoming calls together with callback. Also calls that cannot be connected to an agent or queue are included, resulting in more terms being found in this collection compared with the corresponding collection for task type queue and subarea respectively.

Tip: Use the statistics collection when the function for collaborating queue is used.
