View status for UC users and mobile telephones
The operator looking for colleagues to queue calls to in ACE Unifinder can also see the status for users outside ACE. Exactly what you can see depends on which connected UC system the user has been found in. For users with mobile number you can, in som cases, see in ACE Unifinder whether a telephone is occupied in a call or available. To detect line status, you require one of the Telia services Dirigentkontroll or Office Extension and that the lineStatusAdapterEnabled system parameter is set.
