ACE Admin

ACE Admin is where you set up and administrate your contact centre. If you are new to Telia ACE, start with Introduction to ACE Admin.

ACE Admin main window

The main window contains a title bar, a menu bar and quick-select buttons. The title bar shows your user name preceded by company name set in System parameter tab Other.
