Business Analyzer | Evaluations

In the basic module in NICE Engage®, Business Analyzer | Evaluations you can perform and search for evaluations and calibrations.

The evaluations consist of web forms, created via Form Designer. Using the forms, the coaches rate the quality and result of the agents' interactions by listening to recorded calls and answering questions such as – could the agent answer the customer's questions”? And - did the agent say ”Thank you for your call?

Calibration means that another coach can make a new evaluation of an interaction that has earlier been rated by you, to ensure the result.
