Before using ACE Recording for the first time

When you start using ACE Recording, you need to accept and install the third party product NICE Engage®.

In order to log into the ACE Recording application for the first time, you need to go through the steps below.

ACE Recording can only be used with the Internet Explorer web browser.

• In Internet Explorer, Compability View Settings, found under the Tools menu, add the website of the NICE Application Server, such as rec.ace.telia.com.
• In Internet Explorer,Tools menu, Internet Options menu choice,
  1. mark the Trusted Sites option,

     

  2. click on the Sites button,
  3. and add the URLs for ACE Recording; e.g. rec.ace.telia.com/Nice and cc100recas01.ace.telia.com (URLs will be provided by Telia Company).
• Open Internet Explorer and enter the URL for ACE Recording; e.g. http://rec.ace.telia.com/Nice (URL will be provided by Telia Company).
• When loading the ACE Recording web site for the first time, the following window will appear. Click on Run to accept and install ACE Recording.
• When ACE Recording has been installed properly, you will see the ACE Recording Start and login view.
