Queues & waiting lists in queue status window

To see your queuing contacts and open waiting lists to select contact from open ACE Agent, Queue status window via the Functions | Queue status menu, Ctrl Q or to the left in ACE Agent’s main window.

In this list you see name of the queues and waiting lists you can service. The ones with grey text are not serviced by you at the moment.

Figures show estimated queue time/longest time in queue as well as number of agents logged in to current queue

Indicates that there are hidden queues. Right-click to see all.

Yellow and red shows that contacts have waited for so long, that service levels 1 and 2 respectively are not fulfilled.

Flashing red is a queue with high priority contact.

Underlined name is a clickable waiting list.
