This is what you can do via Unifinder
Via ACE Unifinder you can, depending on connected UC system and if you have the access rights to all functions
- search for individuals from a number of criteria, such as
- their skills,
- whether they are logged in to a specific queue,
- specific personal data,
- if they are located in a specific address book.
- see information about found people, such as name, email address, and telephone number. For company colleagues, you also see
- presence, i.e. activities and status, in ACE and/or in any presence system,
- work level for a colleague that is logged in to ACE,
- additional comments aimed at operators.
- make calls and send emails to colleagues, or to individuals outside your organisation,
- send text messages to users in your UC system, or within ACE,
- send emails to users with a defined email address,
- send sms to users with a defined telephone number,
- make a telephony enquiry during a contact in progress,
- requeue a contact in progress to a queue intended for the media type, or in a specific colleague’s personal queue,
- retrieve a call placed in a personal queue, if the called person does not answer, or if there is a busy tone, i.e. receive a so-called callback,
- make a direct call transfer to e.g. an ACD group,
- call through to a colleague with an activity or being busy, meaning that you do a so-call by-pass for an urgent call. Applies both when you want to make a call and when you want to make an enquiry during a call in progress,
- set activities for colleagues,
- log out colleagues from ACE.
