This is what you can do via Unifinder

Via ACE Unifinder you can, depending on connected UC system and if you have the access rights to all functions

  1. search for individuals from a number of criteria, such as
    • their skills,
    • whether they are logged in to a specific queue,
    • specific personal data,
    • if they are located in a specific address book.
  2. see information about found people, such as name, email address, and telephone number. For company colleagues, you also see
    • presence, i.e. activities and status, in ACE and/or in any presence system,
    • work level for a colleague that is logged in to ACE,
    • additional comments aimed at operators.
  3. make calls and send emails to colleagues, or to individuals outside your organisation,
  4. send text messages to users in your UC system, or within ACE,
  5. send emails to users with a defined email address,
  6. send sms to users with a defined telephone number,
  7. make a telephony enquiry during a contact in progress,
  8. requeue a contact in progress to a queue intended for the media type, or in a specific colleague’s personal queue,
  9. retrieve a call placed in a personal queue, if the called person does not answer, or if there is a busy tone, i.e. receive a so-called callback,
  10. make a direct call transfer to e.g. an ACD group,
  11. call through to a colleague with an activity or being busy, meaning that you do a so-call by-pass for an urgent call. Applies both when you want to make a call and when you want to make an enquiry during a call in progress,
  12. set activities for colleagues,
  13. log out colleagues from ACE.
