When you have started ACE Agent you see an icon 
in the Windows system tray, at the bottom right of your monitor. Move your mouse pointer over this icon to see current status and selected work level.
Other information you can see by the ACE Agent icon is
- alerts about thresholds passed for one or some of the queues and waiting lists that you are servicing,
- new entries for a chat in progress(, or in a conversation in progress, in case ACE Agent is hidden, and
- status for log file transfer.
