Telia ACE comes in several packages. ACE Admin is used regardless of packaging. The only difference is in what can be and has to be configured. Telephone switches and other interacting systems are not included in the ACE system itself but are still partly configured via ACE Admin.
ACE Admin is used by a very wide range of target groups; from customer service managers and others administrating and configuring to make the daily work function in a contact centre, to system administrators, and system developers managing and setting up ACE solutions from the start. The descriptions of what is included ACE Admin covers the whole applications, adjusted to how ACE Admin is built rather than by the sequence in which to use the functions. There may also be parts that you do not have access to, depending on licences and access rights.

However, for some functions you might need access to the descriptions over collaborating applications, and other technical document offered with Telia ACE, such as Operation manuals, Configuration Instructions, Interface Specifications and SiteEnviroment Requirements.
