Anyone who shall be receiving calls in ACE Agent must have a telephone extension set in ACE Admin.
To add an extension, click on 
in the main window or select the Media | Telephone | Extensions ... menu.
To add an extension you need the Modify location (for extensions) or Own location (for extensions) access right.
- Select which Organisation area the extension shall belong to.
- Click on the Add button to create a new row at the bottom.
- Select Extension location from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the phone numbers with the same syntax as existing numbers.
- For single extensions, type e.g. 1100 and 1125.
- For sequences of extensions, type e.g. 1100-1125 or 1100+25.
- Save with OK.
