Remove campaign record manually

As a campaign administrator you may have to remove campaign records from the database. Some examples:

  • If incorrect records have been imported from a file, and you want to clear away the old records before the records are imported again, from a corrected file.
  • If a person requests to have all his personal data removed from all systems, as stipulated in General Data Protection Regulation.
Only closed records can be deleted.

To remove single records you

  • Open the Campaigns window, found under the Media | Outbound telephony | Campaigns... menu choice.
  • There you click the Campaign records button to open the Campaign records window.
  • In the Campaign records window opening up, select the records.
  • Click the Delete button.

To close incorrect records that have been imported from a file you can also import the same address material as so-called minus records.

Every night old campaign records with status Closed are removed automatically. After how many days the records will be removed is set in the system parameter campaignRecordCleanDays. See System parameters for callback/campaign.
