Copy campaign

If you want to create a campaign using an existing campaign you select a campaign in the main window for campaign, found under the Media | Outbound telephony | Campaigns... menu choice, and click on Copy....

Doing this you open the same campaign details window that you see when you create a new campaign, but some of the values are already filled in.

  1. Give the campaign copy a unique name and a unique short name.
  2. Add and change, if necessary, other details. See the list below.
  3. Click on OK.

The following list shows what is copied from the original, what is not, and the values the copy gets.
