Close campaign records

You can close a campaign record in one of the following ways:

  • The agent provides a feedback leading to Close treatment.
  • The agent removes the records only/last telephone number, i.e. erasing the old number without entering a new one, in connection with the Number changed feedback.
  • A ruled action, that after different feedback leads to the campaign record being closed.
  • The administrator closes the record, manually via the Campaign records window, or by importing a file. See Find and fetch campaign records and Overview of the Campaign records window.

You can close open and paused campaign records, meaning that they are not in active or closed status. If you, for some reason or other, should need to close active records, i.e. records recorded in ACE Server and in line to be dialled, you can temporarily stop the campaign. All records are then rolled back to the database. Then you can close the intended records and restart the campaign.

If a campaign is closed, the records remain in the status they were in when the closing occurred.
