Current contacts in ACE Agent

The values to be shown in the area for contacts in progress in ACE Agent are set in the Agent application | Current contacts list in ACE Agent....

You require Modify Agent user interface in your access role to configure the list of current contacts in ACE Agent.

You select which keys you want to see in ACE Agent by clicking the corresponding cell in the table and then select from the drop-down lists. If you select empty value, the corresponding cell will not contain any value in ACE Agent. Even a change of column width comes through in ACE Agent.

This is where you configure the look of the area for contacts in progress in ACE Agent, as seen above. In the picture below you see the Current contacts area in ACE Agent. The three contact types display different contact data.

Add and remove columns in Current contacts list

Add columns:
Click on the button Add column, and a new column is added to the right. Empty columns to the right disappear automatically when you click OK or change organisation area.

Remove columns:
You can only remove columns from the right, never in the middle. If the information of the column is removed by selecting the empty choice at the top of the drop-down list, the column is automatically removed until the next time the window is opened.
