If Telia ACE is connected to Microsoft Skype you can execute the same functions as towards other UC systems. Search methods are the same as default, as when there is no uc system integration made. Below you see what differs in handling.
Skype – Activity can’t be set by another person
In Microsoft Skype there is no support for activities, which is why the operator cannot set an activity for a Skype user via Unifinder. Set activities can be made for logged-out agents functions as usual.
