Transfer log file from ACE Interact

When you have reported an error, the support technician might need log files. If your computer is configured to store log files locally you can assist in transferring these files to a server.

This is how you do it:

  1. Make the steps you need to reproduce the error
  2. In main Menu, open Transfer log file
  3. Type in facts about the problem
  4. Click on Send

To comply with GDPR regulations, the normal log level replaces sensitive data with *****. To include contact data, mail content etc. in a log file you can add the following to the end of the of the URL in the address bar #?logLevel=sensitive and reload by pressing Enter.
