Privacy control
When Passive Recording is used, a Privacy Control Recording Plan can be created by Telia Company personnel.
Only applicable to sites using Passive Recording.

To modify your Privacy Control Recording Plan:
- On the Administration tab, choose Rules Manager
- In the left sidebar, click Recording to open the Recording Rules view.
- Double click on your recording rule to open the rule.
Use to set Recurrence, i.e. when the rule is to be used.
Select Daily, Weekly or Monthly and drag time spans in the Schedule Timeframes.
Use to open Filter where you select exactly which interactions are not to be recorded.
- In the left sidebar, first click General to select Call Direction:
- Inbound = Customer to Agent
- Outbound = Agent to Customer
- Internal = Agent to Agent
This setting is managed by Telia Company personnel on your behalf.
- To select agents to be affecterd by the rule, click Agents to select agents or groups from the Resource Tree
- Move the agents/groups to the Selected Items list box
- Click OK to close Agents
- To prevent recording e.g. of a specific telephone number you use Expressions.

- Save the result by clicking
- Use the Close button to return to the Recording Rules view.
