For outgoing emails ACE Agent uses the New mail support function that largely looks like the Received mail reading panel described in a separate section. At the top in New mail, however, you find some more functions, such as e.g. formatting tools.
Formats for outgoing emails
Emails written in ACE Agent can be given different formats, just as incoming emails can be read in different formats.
- Normal text
- If you answer an unformatted email your answer will be in the same format. If you have selected Normal text to be your outgoing letter format in your client setting, this will be default for all outgoing emails. When you are working with unformatted text, no formatting tools are available.
- HTML
- If you answer a letter in HTML format, your answer will be in the letter format specified in your client setting, i.e. HTML or unformatted text.
