Counter objects
A counter object can be used to give different IVR messages in a queue loop. Counter objects have one or more exits where the exit is chosen by the value of a counter. The counter tracks the number of times a call has passed the object and each exit is passed a configurable number of times.
When the flow has passed the counter object the number of times specified for an exit, the flow is routed to the next exit, and the number of passages for this exit start being counted instead. When the last entrance in the list is reached, one of the following happens:
If Loop is ticked off, the last exit will be passed the number of times specified by Start at the bottom right. After this, the counter object will be reset, and the flow routing is restarted from the beginning, at the first exit, again.
If Loop is not ticked off, the flow will continue to be routed to the last exit. When the counter object so to speak is stuck at the last exit, the counter limit value is seen in grey.
