Change directory information
As a ACE Voice user you can change some of your own user data in User view, Home > My profile.
In Admin view you can edit all user data for one or multiple users.
This topic is intended for administrators and attendants.
Change details for one user
- Log in to ACE Voice Web.
- In Admin view, go to User administration > Users.
- Type to search for a name or click on a username in the list.
- On the opening details page, add data and make settings in the various sections.
- Save
Change details for multiple users
- Start with steps 1-2 above.
- To handle a group you may be able to select it from the list to the right of the search field.
- In the list of names, select by ticking the check-boxes to the left.
- Click on the main configuration button to the right and choose Edit users from the menu.
- Click to select a directory information item and set the applicable able data.
- Save with OK.
