Change directory information

As a ACE Voice user you can change some of your own user data in User view, Home > My profile.

In Admin view you can edit all user data for one or multiple users.

Change details for one user

1. Log in to ACE Voice Web.
2. In Admin view, go to User administration > Users.
3. Type to search for a name or click on a username in the list.
4. On the opening details page, add data and make settings in the various sections.
5. Save

Change details for multiple users

1. Start with steps 1-2 above.
2. To handle a group you may be able to select it from the list to the right of the search field.
3. In the list of names, select by ticking the check-boxes to the left.
4. Click on the main configuration button to the right and choose Edit users from the menu.
5. Click to select a directory information item and set the applicable able data.
6. Save with OK.
