Contains agent statistics distributed per task type for the selected organisation area/s. Information for handled contacts with defined task as well as task times per contact type is included.
Tip: If you want statistics for a specific basic work level you can filter on the current work level.
In the standard report based on this report collection you see the following levels:
Level 1: Shows total number of handled contacts with defined task per organisation area.
Level 2: Shows statistics for handled contacts with defined task per agent during the selected period (day, week, month).
Level 3: Shows the same information as level 2 but distributed per task type for the selected agent. You also see a specification for handled contacts per contact type for the selected agent.
Level 4: Shows the same information as level 2 distributed per lowest time unit for the selected agent and task type.
