See contact history in Mobile Agent
To see a compilation of your ACE calls, press My Contacts.
In the opened list you find the contacts you have handled during the current session, that is, the list is cleared each time you log out from ACE Mobile Agent.
Press the row you want more facts about. In the opened detail view you see the following:
- Telephone number. Press the number to call again.
- An identification, such as a customer ID supplied in the IVR.
- Date and time when the call arrived or was made.
- For how long an incoming call has queued before you answered.
- Entrance where the call entered the IVR.
- Menu choice made in the IVR.
- The duration of the call.
Exactly what is seen is regulated by what your ACE solution could read. ACE needs e.g. 30 seconds to perceive that a call has been answered. Calls with shorter duration can thus not be seen anywhere in ACE.
