In Unifinder you can make calls in various ways:
- Enter an exact telephone number in the search field. When you have entered a number,
changes to 
. Click on or press Return. - Select a person in the search result and click on the number in the Telephone number column.
- Select a person in the search result and press Return or click on the Make call / Enquiry button.
- Right-click on a person in the search result to open a menu and pick the number to be called.
A flash symbol 
indicates that the selected person is not available but you can try to call through anyway.
When you during a call in progress make a second call the first call is automatically parked.
In ACE Agent’s main window you see by the buttons which functions you then can choose between.
Alternate /, Transfer +, Retrieve ,, Conference...
Just click on the relevant button or, if you are an operator, press the corresponding key on your keyboard.
