From CallGuide 8.0, telephone numbers that are to be called are subject to an anlaysis reducing the telephone number to the shortest form needed to dial to function from the location where the agent is. To avoid having to change incomplete numbers in older address books directly when upgrading to 8.0, you find the No number analysis in the Administrate address book window context menu, where you create and edit address books. A ticked menu choice indicates that an address book’s telephone numbers shall be called as they are entered, without analysis.
