Log in to Voice web the first time

1. Go to the https://voice.callguide.teliasonera.com web address.
2. Click on Request password and enter your user name. Click on the Request password button. You then get a disposable password via email or sms.
3. Enter this password and press the OK button.
4. Enter an optional password, repeat and then press the Change password button. The password must contain at least:
• 8 characters (max 20)
• one digit
• one lower case letter
• one upper case letter
5. Log in to ACE Voice Admin Web with your user name and your new password.
