A statistics collection consists of a specific choice of terms from a specific statistical perspective.
Each report in ACE Report, both standard reports and tailored reports, use statistics from a given statistics collection. Several reports can use the same statistics collection to present statistics in different ways, e.g. grouped by Day – Task, or Task – Day, or with a choice of different terms for various media directions, such as incoming calls or chat.
For some statistics collections there is no corresponding standard report. For these statistics collections you have to create a tailored report to be able to extract the statistics.
When you have select a statistics collection in the report list in ACE Report's Report picker you see information about the content in the Report details area.
You are also presented with various tips, e.g. how you filter to produce specific detailed statistics. In the following section this information is collected, meaning that you see what is included in all statistics collections in ACE Report.
