To start NICE Engage® you open your web browser and enter a web address; the URL leading to your Telia ACE Recording suite.
The URL looks like this: http://servernamne/nice. The first time you connect you may have to wait a few minutes. The next time you will see the login pane quicker.
Enter your NICE user name and your password. When you log in, you will see a pane with information about your last login and whether failed attempts at login with your user ID have been made. Click OK to proceed with your login.
