OK in the login window opens ACE Report, with its main functions areas.
Report picker
To limit the choice of reports shown in the report list below, filter by marking a radio button and/or by selecting from the four drop-down menus.
Report list
Mark which type of report you want to see.
Report details
Detailed prior information about what you have selected in the report list to the left. You see what will be presented at various levels in a report, as well as tips on how to filter to get specific detail.
Filter settings
Select the time period the report shall encompass, the relevant area, and if you want to see activities for single agents, a specific time, day of week, etc.
Work area
Different functions depending on earlier selections:
- See content of selected report.
- Configure a tailored report.
- Administrate scheduled reports.
