Queues and waiting lists in Mobile Agent
To see which queues and waiting lists you have the skill to service, press Queues.
In the opened window you can select
- queues you want to have calls from,
- waiting lists you want to be able to pick callback records from.
You are logged out from queues that are not selected. You still get contacts belonging to the services you are logged in to, such as incoming IVR calls placed in your personal call queue.
